Information Collection, Information Use and Process, Information Sharing
Collection

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We collect information:

• From you when you interact with our website or our services, when you either contact and communicate with us, by phone, email, text or fax. When you fill insurance applications forms to request a quote or information about an insurance policy. When you navigate through our website (e.g. IP addresses, usage details, information via cookies or other tracking technologies). You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. 
• From Public Data Sources when we obtain from public data sources information about your property records (year built, square footage), your mortgage to provide proof of coverage.
• From Carriers when our insurance companies' partners may supply us with information to provide our service to you (e.g. prior claims, driving records, etc.).
• From Service Providers like underwriters, inspectors, when they supply data in connection with your property and/or your coverages in order for us to search for coverages that suit your needs.

Use and Process

We will use your collected information to respond to you, regarding the reason/s you contacted us, obtaining insurance coverage or requesting customer service on an already active insurance policy. This may include receiving, emails, calls, text messages, and when warranted physical mail via the US Postal service or an Express document delivery service. 

Sharing

We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your requests, e.g. write your insurance policy.

We partner with several insurance companies to provide you with coverage, with them we will share names, or other contact information including Personal Identifiable Data that is necessary for the insurance company provide you with coverage.  Any text messaging (SMS/MMS) originator Opt-In data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. 

• Partners. We share the required Personal Information with insurance carriers, providers, underwriters, adjusters or insurance inspectors related to providing insurance coverage requested by you, and customer service to already written policies. We do not share information in order to market a coverage that you have not previously inquired for or requested. We do not opt-in for any SMS/MMS messages from these partners on your behalf.
• Service Providers. Certain tasks, like inputting information and storing it on a database, processing payments (credit/debit cards and/or bank accounts) in order to make insurance active are done through third-service providers. We take reasonable steps to ensured said providers are contractually obligated to keep your Personal Information confidential and only use it as permitted. We do not opt-in for any SMS/MMS messages from these service providers on your behalf.
• Legar Purposes. With your consent we may provide Personal Information to respond to legal subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process required by law or the competent legal authorities. We may also disclose information if necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of 566 Insurance LLC, our clients, employees, partners or others. We do not opt-in for any SMS/MMS messages in reference to legal purposes on your behalf.

Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to Personally Identifiable Information. The computers/servers in which we store Personal Identifiable Information are kept in a secure environment.

Opting-Out

566 Insurance LLC does not conduct any targeted advertising, commercial, promotional or marketing campaigns via regular mail, email, text message, fax on phone. 566 Insurance, LLC does not send automated marketing emails, faxes, SMS and/or MMS.

566 Insurance LLC communications via phone, email, fax or text messages (SMS/MMs) are individualized to facilitate specific business transactions with its clients, prospects, customers, service providers and/or vendors. At any time during said communications said clients, prospects, customers service providers and/or vendors, can express their preferred communication method and opt-out of the rest by emailing our company at 566insurance@gmail.com or by calling us at 305.321.8597. Changes to Policy

Any changes to the Policy shall be made on this page. See date of last revision on top of the page. You are responsible for checking our website and verify of any changes. Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of the Policy. 

Children

Our website is not intended for minors under the age of 15. We do not collect, use or disclose Personal Information from minors unless provided with parental consent in order to add minor information to an insurance policy (e.g. name, address, date of birth, learners driver license, grade student average in order to list minor under auto insurance policy). Said information will be treated with the Privacy Policy rigor.
